FROM FAMILY FOUNDATIONS TO LOS ANGELES LANDMARKS

Our Story

Jack Takvoryan’s passion for construction began early. At just 12 years old, he helped his father and older brother build their family home—a project that sparked a lifelong love for craftsmanship and building. What started with flooring installation in his hometown eventually grew into a thriving business, but Jack had bigger dreams for his family’s future.

In 1989, he made the bold move to the United States. With hard work and determination, Jack re-established himself in Los Angeles, first as a flooring contractor and later as the owner of a flooring supply store. His drive soon led him into real estate, where he began buying, renovating, and selling properties across Southern California. By 2002, Jack was expanding into full-scale development, adding square footage to homes and building ADUs—laying the groundwork for what would later become JTC Builders.

In 2018, JTC Builders Inc. was officially founded. Today, under Jack’s leadership, the company has delivered major multi-family developments, commercial projects, and custom homes across Los Angeles. His journey—from helping his father build their family home to leading a respected construction company—reflects the same core values that guide JTC Builders today: dedication, integrity, and a commitment to building spaces that last for generations.

JTC Builders specializes in high-quality construction across the Los Angeles area, delivering excellence in apartment complexes, commercial buildings, and custom homes. As trusted builders and remodeling experts, we bring craftsmanship, innovation, and reliability to every project—whether creating new developments or transforming existing spaces.
